Consolee Nishimwe, Author & Activist, and Adam Strom, Director of Re-Imagining Migration, will discuss Nishimwe's book, Tested to the Limit: A Genocide Survivor’s Story of Pain, Resilience and Hope, her experiences as a survivor immigrating to the U.S. and building a life in her new home, and the potential for connection even during the most dire circumstances.
